Experienced in developing and executing business strategies and providing supporting program management.I studied and practiced electronic engineering and electronics engineering technology in the USAF as part of the C4ISR field. This brought with it a deep involvement with engineering of FPGA's, ASIC's, and supported systems. After my military service, I began working with optimizing performance and configuration of RISC-based systems, large-scale UNIX supercomputers, mainframes, and data storage solutions in support of cloud infrastructure, data centers. Performed kernels optimization for improved utilization of compute cycles and wrote code to automate synchronous and asynchronous data replication. This experience expanded into a thorough understanding of solution design and configuration using best practices and process-aware strategies. I have delivered solution architecture, implementation, migration, and analysis in support of production data centers and services from small to hyperscale, including SCIFs. The engineering background is complemented by a graduate degree in organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This broad involvement with systems, solutions, and organizational behavior ushered in an end-to-end understanding of complex technology solutions, use cases, and opportunity to improve organizational effectiveness while fueling innovation.
