NDC Technologies is an acknowledged leader in the development and manufacture of measurement and control solutions for industrial processes. NDC is a global business with manufacturing facilities in California, Dayton, Ohio and Maldon, UK, with centers of excellence at each of these locations including Loncin, Belgium. In addition, there are direct sales and support facilities in China, Japan, France, Germany and Italy. There is also a highly trained network of Sales and Service distribution channels in more than 60 countries around the world.

Full P&L responsibility for IMI Hydronic Engineerings America’s business platform. This business is a key strategic platform for the segment’s global diversification and long term growth. Key focus will be to develop and implement a strategic plan to significantly increase North and South American market share, drive organic growth, develop and implement an acquisition growth strategy, implement immediate operational improvements, and generate consistent profitable top line growth.

Full P&L responsibility for a $50 million, 200-employee business manufacturing automated material handling machinery, wheeled transport carts, and point-of-purchase displays. Led a 5-person direct staff overseeing sales, marketing, operations, engineering, finance and human resources functions.

Grew commercial pump sales in the non-residential building (HVAC / Fire Protection), industrial and municipal market segments from $80 million to over $100 million.Vice President Supply Management Minneapolis, MN 2003 – 2005Led supply management processes for the Water Technologies group and corporate indirect supply management group. Responsible for $900 million+ in direct material purchases and $200 million+ in indirect material purchases.
