Current1. Manufacturing planning in accordance with agreed business plans2. Management of the Production and Service Teams3. Recruit manage, train, develop and motivate production & service staff4. Manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets5. Providing support for Turnkey’s Product Development and Sales Teams, distributors, trade shows and exhibitions 6. Sales Order Contract Review and generation of production and dispatch documentation for the Production Teams7. Quality Representative, ensuring that the Turnkey Group operates to its ISO9000 Quality Procedures8. Improving the operational efficiency, quality and business opportunities of Turnkey9. Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and time scales10. Ensuring all activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.11. Attending training and developing relevant knowledge and skills12. To liaise with overseas distributors and agents and grow the amount of business from these.13. Health and Safety representative on a day to day basis ensuring all aspects of Health and safety are met.14. Assist in marketing the company at exhibtions and other means
