With over 40 years of experience, Dave began his career in the Orange County real estate market when the county's two-laned crowned highways were lined on both sides with Eucalyptus trees to act as wind-breaks for the orange groves. He is experienced in literally all aspects of the commercial real estate industry.Dave's real estate career began in Orange County in the early 1970's as a commercial/industrial sales and leasing specialist. With the growth of the County, Dave's career expanded into other diverse real estate fields, including land subdivision and sales; real estate finance; retail brokerage, development, and management; office development, brokerage and management; loan brokerage, apartment management and marketing, and other real estate oriented areas.Dave has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance, from California State University, Fullerton. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Notary Public. Past or present memberships include Associate Member, International Council of Shopping Centers, the Saddleback Valley Board of Realtors and the Newport - Mesa Boards of Realtors.
