Created all sales policies, pricing structures, sales presentations, selling sheets, promotional selling programs and product planograms. Worked with the reps around the country in presenting/selling Nyx Cosmetics. I worked with the various departments of Nyx to improve customer service, the credit functions, redesigning of other sales materials and to implement EDI. I was the primary person for all related trade shows in the USA and Cosmoprof internationally. Nyx decided to re-concentrate all of their efforts and resources in rebuilding their beauty trade business and the mass market portion was shut down.
