This increased project management efficiency by centralizing bug tracking in the same system used to manage project plans, source code, and builds. This saved $18,000/year in software licensing fees.• Made the process of resolving customer issues significantly more efficient by creating a TFS-based system to manage customer issues and the related hot fixes. This system provided a new found visibility for all stake holders.• Created and implemented policies and procedures using TFS to automate the flow of builds from the development team to the Quality Assurance team, (QA). This eliminated repetitive Release Management team involvement and allowed QA to test new builds at any time during an iteration rather than only at the end of each iteration.• Influenced the Global Solutions Development Operations team to select Team Foundation Server 2010 as the standard for all LexisNexis development teams.• Served as a subject matter expert to the Global Solutions Development Operations team regarding Team Foundation Server configuration, policies, procedures, third party add-ons, consolidations, and upgrades.

Worked on multiple software products as a software engineer. Developed software solutions for Microsoft Windows 3.0 and 3.1 using ‘C’ and Gupta SQL Windows. Also spent time as a software support specialist helping users resolve issues related to our software and other third party software packages, (e.g. DOS, Windows, Lotus 123, etc.).
