I am the Senior graphic designer, visually communicating the member and public opportunities presented by the Mayerson JCC. I utilize Adobe Creative Suite and photography to create branded digital and print imagery.

•Design a variety of projects for print recruiting materials, websites, banner ads, digital signs, emails, videos, and other media.• Produce print artwork using the latest Adobe CS programs. Supply color corrected digital artwork using Adobe Photoshop with properly assigned Pantone Matching System, CMYK, PMS, HEX. •Serve as client liaison, interacting with large client base of university departments and student organizations, making design recommendations, interpreting client’s instructions, and managing expectations. Brainstorm with staff and clients to conceptualize campaigns for marketing initiatives. •Work with outside vendors and fabricators including printer and sign makers. Employ various signage materials including metal, foam, fabric, PVC, and Corplast. •Maintain and advocate brand standards on all NKU print and digital communications. •Serve as photographer, taking both natural and staged photos as well as studio portraits.

Manage 2 designers, 2 pre-press specialist, 2 pressman, 2 digital printing operators in a fast-paced environment. Maintain and advocate brand standards on all Northern Kentucky University print and digital communications. Interact with large client base of University departments and student organizations, managing expectations, interpreting client’s instructions, making design recommendations and creating a positive experience. Design a wide variety of projects for both print and web.

Created designs including e-vites, web designs, print, logo development for various clients including KB Cakes, Bluffton College, American Red Cross, Standard Register, LeanCor, Mayerson JCC, Greater Cincinnati Health Council.

Over 20 experience working in a marketing/communication/fund raising department. Dynamic designer producing print, web, and social media graphics in the communications/marketing department. Art direct outside studio designers, photographers, and printers. Work with all levels of management and volunteer executives. Supervise college cooperative education design students. Photograph events, portraits and promotional set ups for use on website, facebook, twitter and print materials.

Volunteer member of the J.C. Penney National Volunteer Week committee. Served as creative director, branding manager, print manager and photographer.
