    I was the second person hired at DigitalMojo, Inc. back in 2005. Like a lot of small but growing companies, we all had to wear several different hats. Mine were in Marketing, Management and Salesforce administration.What an entrepreneurial ride! We went from getting our first commission check of a whole $150 dollars to eight figures in sales per year. At it's peak, DigitalMojo had over 150 agents and employees spread over 5 countries. Yet, we managed to maintain a lean, flat reporting structure pushing decision-making and accountability as close to our customers as possible. Highlights include:- Getting our first contract as a national reseller for Comcast. We went on to get contracts with virtually every major cable, telephone and satellite provider including AT&T, TimeWarner Cable and Dish Network.- While most of our competitors were stuck in the direct mail cycle, we became the first reseller to engage in new, cutting edge (at their time) marketing practices such as local SEO, mobile SEO, mobile PPC, and Social Media campaigns. We were always the first reseller a provider would turn to when they wanted to try out a new marketing practice.- Back before there were Person Accounts or a Service Cloud, we rolled out Salesforce to the agents in our Call Centers. They used it to sell TV, Internet and Phone services to retail customers - something Salesforce was not originally designed to do. The entire scope of the roll out ended up supporting over 125 agents in call centers in 4 countries.- Developed, implemented and continuously improved a complete performance-based marketing and sales solution to target, obtain and retain quality customers for our clients and partners. This proprietary sales and marketing methodology ties demand generation to sales conversion through the use of both online and offline marketing funneled through ecommerce sites and our call centers.
