Having worked in Enterprise Software Sales for over 30 years, I learned to understand and prioritize my client’s business challenges to deliver solutions that exceed their expectations. I help clients select and purchase Cloud Contact Center solutions while leveraging existing investments in their other technologies such as CRM’s, AI, Digital, and Security solutions.My clients are finding AI is an amazing technology to help improve the customer experience at a lower cost that’s available 24 hours a day. I have worked at two different AI companies and the founder of SABO HC has led the AI business group at one of the leading Contact Center companies. We have some great insight and experience on how a client can successfully execute an AI Customer Experience strategy with the right vendor and without the bias of traditional salespeople. My first responsibility is to my client and helping them through a business discovery, vendor selection, price and contract negotiation, implementation, ongoing account management and advocacy.
