My responsibilities include tactile management and benchmarking of all community-supplier integration projects, development of strategic supplier alliances, education of both communities and suppliers on our world class integration options and focusing on the evolving best practice standards for secure, contract compliant electronic trade in the cloud.

Nine years of experience in Higher Ed, K-12, government and private sector B2B supplier integration, contract negotiation, technical project management, and implementation support. In my role as lead of the Supplier Relations group, I grew the ESM supplier network each year while my responsibility expanded from day to day tactical supplier management duties to include the business side (creating new revenue streams, identifying and cultivating strategic supplier partnerships) and the technical (punchout development, level II punchout search, PCI compliant PO transmission methods, supplier invoicing). I conceived of ESM's Featured Supplier Program, which strategically placed supplier network partners with procurement customers. Informally known as ESM's "supplier guru", I oversaw all supplier catalog enablement both during implementation, and ongoing, as customer's purchasing needs evolved. I brought my focus on proactivity and responsiveness to customer's needs and created tactical solutions with rapid deployment for supplier integration projects. My group also provided direct support to the ESM supplier network. Internally, I provided product design input as the resident supplier subject matter expert and pushed the design team for a scalable supplier integration model. I adopted a cloud based documentation process for transparent project management that served as model to the organization at large. Externally, I personally conducted supplier training sessions and maintained all supplier integration and best practices documentation. As an ally to both the customer and the supplier, I met the daily challenges and continued to exceed my own expectations while providing direction to the sales, marketing, development and customer support teams.
