I also handled a case load of around 100 – 200 Subsidence claims.Before taking this role, I Project Managed the development of software and processes for the launch of this new product and am proud that my team won the Insurance Times Claims Management Team of the Year 2011 and a Claims Innovation Award in 2012 for Claims Team of the Year for entries resolving around the success of this business model.These awards have recognised that we offered an intelligent desktop managed solution to Subsidence claims handling, assuring unbeatable service delivery and pro-active claims management, without sacrificing technical quality.
