I originally started Authentic Matters to help seed and A stage startups figure out their user acquisition strategies. Soon that led to working with all sorts of companies in a variety of capacities. Sometimes it's been a fractional CMO role. Other times, I'm developing content strategies, PR efforts, paid campaigns and anything else that falls into the paid, owned and earned buckets. I've done this work for a wide range of companies—from frontier technologies in the HD mapping space to health equity focused venture funds. I've managed client teams and budgets, built and led a bench of independent, on-demand resources and cultivated a network of thoughtful people who are way more talented than me.
