I started my career in Insurance back in 1994 as an Unlicensed support staff for Allstate Agent Larry Brockey, I spent the next five years working my way up in the ranks as a Licensed Support Staff and eventually the Agency Office Manager. In 1999 I transitioned to our Claims organization and spent time handling Express Claims, Liability Claims, Fire & Theft Claims and 5 years as a Claims Team Leader handling Quality Assurance and Compliance for claims for 24 States. In 2006 I transitioned back to sales as a New Agent Leader helping new Agents achieve their dream of opening an Allstate Agency. In 2012 I transitioned to a Field Sales Leader in Northeast Indiana. As a Field Sales Leader with the Allstate Sales Team I specialize in agency consulting, sales management, training and recruiting for Northern Indiana. I have the privilege to partner with our Agents to implement branding, staffing, operations, business and performance management strategies to increase agency growth and drive revenue to maximize growth & profitability. I have earned Allstate's Honor Ring Award 7 times & the Allstate Circle of Champions award 4 times for helping our agents achieve their Agency Goals. In early 2020 I transitioned to an Allstate Agency Owner with 3 locations in North East Indiana. Outside of work I volunteer time Coaching youth sports in Baseball, Basketball and Football.
