I am an experienced tester and manager with 20 years experience. I am passionate about creating good software and believe this can be achieved through best practice, flexible testing methods - I strongly believe in developing people to create strong teams.I am experienced in agile development, continuous integration, automation and third party QA/localisation/development. I am also very experienced in line management (recruitment and performance management) and coaching. As a senior manager I am skilled in creating documents that outline the test vision and then implementing them (test policy, test strategy etc.). I have extensive experience of different test approaches (risk based, specification, experience) and different testing methods. I currently hold the following certifications: ISTQB-ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level, ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing, ITIL Foundation Level and Certified Scrum Master.
