I was heavily involved in the planning of a project that had already been running for 3 years and needed a large amount of redesign to make it viable. Working closely with the Architect, I took the customer facing role, re-gathered requirement where necessary, built the prototype using out of the box CRM customisation, customised the live system, handled all UAT sessions and delivered all the user training for 30 people. I engaged with the project team, the project manager and people at board level.

I worked within all aspects of CRM functional consultancy for various organisations.

I was the Lead technical consultant on a number of high profile projects. I worked closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the CRM requirements were met from a technical point of view. I was generally involved in the installation and data import / systems integration, training for the end users and administrators then assisted the customer on site on the day they went live. I worked with our reports developer to fulfil the customer's reporting requirement and also worked with other members of the team to support the customer post-implementation.
