    As the Solutions Analyst for CRM applications, I was responsible for the daily operation & support of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. As the primary technical point of contact for our group sales team, I was responsible for diagnosing and resolving system issues ranging from one-off client challenges to complex server maintenance and uptime issues. By adhering to a consistent change management process, I was able to increase stability and reduce downtime while continually increasing functionality and user experience. In the Spring of 2013, I was added as a technical specialist to a CRM enhancement project to broadly expand the features and functionality of our CRM application. I was responsible for establishing & grooming the product backlog, writing documentation (functional requirements, application architecture), coordinating dev, QA, and UAT sessions, product demos, and publishing the finished solution.
