Created and managed all original content for the FasTracks project social media programs and website. FasTracks opened two new rail lines and one new bus rapid transit line in 2016 in metro Denver. I engaged with numerous program leaders and public information managers to keep audiences up to date on progress of one of the biggest public transportation expansion projects in the world. Duties increased in January 2015 to include helping to manage content on the main RTD website. That included all content related to the day-to-day operations of RTD. We saw constant growth in social media and web traffic.

Developed new business model for Business Services Group as outside sales and business-to-business sales specialist and account manager. Wrote and edited company marketing materials that increased sales and improved communication with customers. Responsible for building profitable relationships in the resort/hotel/casino and incentives industries nationwide. Generated tens of thousands of dollars in sales each month. Developed formulas for making contact with decision makers, created and led sales presentations, and closed lucrative deals.

Responsible for writing news stories, writing promotional and marketing material, copy editing, developing story assignments, creating graphics and generating website content. Led efforts to build cohesive team that brought Bay News 9 unprecedented success, increasing ratings in morning and prime time periods. Coordinated special coverage for major events including a presidential election and two hurricanes. Led teams which won the Florida Associated Press Awards for Best Newscast and Best Spot News.
