Responsible for coordinating strategic pursuits and facilitating collaboration for Environment & Infrastructure and Clean Energy opportunities across the Asia, Middle East-Africa & Southern Europe (AMEASE) business unit.

Kennesaw, Ga - Kabul, Afghanistan

Project Manager for AFCEC Title I services in support of the Afghan National Security Forces. Managed total of more than $100M over three task orders, with more than 1,000 individual tasks completed. Maintained relationships with AFCEC, CSTC-A, and collaborated with other AMEC offices to provide the necessary resources. The work was accomplished with an average of 22 expatriate, 55 Afghan AMEC employees, and 150 Afghan subcontractor personnel.

Kabul, Afghanistan

As Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of $22M, six-month task order to provide architect-engineer services. This task order was part of a 10 year and still going contract held by MACTEC, AMEC, and now Amec Foster Wheeler that directly supports infrastructure development (planning, design, assessment) for the Afghan National Security Forces.

Responsible for all aspects of business growth and execution. Built company from negative revenue when I arrived to $23M in 2010. Designed Asia Village, a $13M secure complex that includes offices, accommodations, gym, full service restaurant, and all associated infrastructure across from Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Completed Phase I within 8 months of starting from scratch.

Responsible for developing a comprehensive approach for establishing EODT as a contractor of choice for the US Government in Afghanistan and other austere environments.

Over a over three year period, built Security Services Business Unit to $12M in revenues. Achieved first US Embassy security contract in Costa Rica; won first domestic security contract as a subcontractor to Boeing on the secure border initiative. Learned invaluable lessons on how to establish an international business presence and how to (and not to) pursue business opportunities.

Served as US Central Command Liaison Officer to Pakistan. Coordinated cross-border issues with CJTF-180 in Afghanistan and the Pakistan Army. Served with 22 Marine Expeditionary Unit as UN Voter Registration Liaison Officer in Oruzgan Province, Afghanistan.

Served as Inspector-Instructor for Company D, 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, Knoxville, TN.

Served as Environmental Compliance Officer, Headquarters Marine Corps, Washington, DC.
