Boston.com is one of the most visited regional portals in the country. At Boston.com I managed the email marketing program/platform and was also a Product Manager focused on content distribution efforts. The email marketing program consisted of 15 email products—both editorial and advertiser exclusive—as well as breaking alerts, consumer surveys and ad hoc marketing campaigns.

At Grand Circle Corporation I started out managing top-tier client accounts and then rejoined the company as a part of the newly created email marketing team. As the Email Marketing Account Manager I was responsible for the creation, testing and deployment of email marketing campaigns/newsletters focusing mainly on customer retention.

EF Education First is the world's largest private education company with 16 divisions that offer a range of educational programs from language training, educational travel, and academic degrees to cultural exchanges. At EF I was an Account Manager focused on developing and cultivating sales leads, signing new accounts, and managing day-to-day client interaction with the organization. I consistently met monthly sales goals and ranked in the sales department’s top five in closing percentage.

At Putnam Investments I provided plan account assistance and market analysis for 401(k) participants.
