CurrentSenior responsibility for Boston Ballet’s education programs, including vision, strategy and continuous growth. Lead administrative oversight for the largest ballet school in North America; manage $9 million annual budget; supervise 50+ employees throughout multiple studio locations across the Metropolitan Boston area; serve over 5,000 students a year. Join Senior Leadership Team in securing the long-term financial viability of the Company; drive new business development, sustainable programming, and the expansion of student experiences nationally and internationally. Manage Boston Ballet’s Education and Community Initiatives, further advancing the Company’s vision for supporting a new generation of lifelong arts advocates and participants through steady commitment to education, collaboration, inclusion, diversity, and innovation.
