Experienced Board level change professional with a proven track record of innovation and excellence in the retail and manufacturing sectors. During my time as Managing Director of Evoke Creative, a multi-award winning technology business, the company experienced growth in turnover of 110%, successfully secured private equity investment of £6.5m, generated over 40 additional job roles to facilitate the growth and relocated to a purpose built innovation and manufacturing facility. Prior to that I delivered innovative technological and change management solutions within a JD Sports, now a FTSE100 retailer, as part of the senior operating team. I successfully delivered ground breaking innovations still in use with the business today including in-store digital kiosks, a fully integrated mobile POS solution, an in-store manager administrative iPad solution, a ground breaking customer feedback solution and a 100 seat customer service centre. I was also the Programme lead for integrating company acquisitions in France, Spain, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. I also heading up the Group Purchasing team on an interim basis. I excel in delivering highly successful and effective business change solutions and can operate at all levels of a business with ease.
