As a Senior Fellow | Senior Associate and Pharmaceutical Process Technology/OSD Subject Matter Expert, my role is to drive industry-wide innovation and position CRB to better serve our clients’ technical needs. Work with focus to be instrumental in assessing industry trends and informing CRB’s strategy for continuous preeminence while identifying and managing risks during project execution and delivery on a global scale. I assist our clients in navigating the unique challenges of highly technical and novel Drug Product, OSD and Dry Powder based processes and projects. In close collaboration with my fellow colleagues, we lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and innovations and champion growth programs within the company, while mentoring fellow CRBers, fostering continuous learning and lighting the career path for others.

As a Director for CRB (A large AE&C Firm focused on the Pharmaceutical Industry), I am involved in a wide range of activities including: Client Development/Account Management, Facility & Process Design and Engineering, Project Execution, Mentoring and contribution to the companies overall growth. I am making use of my nearly 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in engineering and technology, related to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and facilities. My primary expertise is in cGMP manufacturing with a strong OSD Drug Product process, containment, equipment, material handling and systems-to-facility integration background. I am directly involved in Client Consultation, Project Front End Planning, Project/Scope Definition, Site Master Planning, Conceptual through Detailed Design/Engineering, QA/QC, Regulatory Documentation related to Cx/Vx and other service areas. Additionally, I am an Oral Solid Dose Form (OSD) Subject Matter Expert for the firm and an experienced Owners Representative. Also act as a mentor for the development of younger staff.As an ISPE Firm of the Year winner multiple times, CRB is committed to the advancement of the pharmaceutical industry. As such, employees are encouraged to participate in the society. My ISPE involvement (as an international level leader) includes numerous committee chair positions as well as Steering Committee Advisor to the OSD-Community of Practice, Facility of the Year Committee and Steering Committee Manager for the ISPE OSD Baseline Guide Volume 2 - Third Edition, rewrite. Am currently involved in the development of a Continuous Manufacturing Good Practice Guide.

I have been a long time active member and leader of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. Having served on numerous committees in Chair, Co-Chair and General Membership roles, I have worked to advance Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. I served as the Steering Committee Member/Co-Leader and contributing author for both the ISPE OSD Baseline Guide - 3rd Edition, released in Dec of '16 and the OSD Continuous Manufacturing Good Practice Guide, released in 2022. These efforts involved working with and directing a large team of international industry professionals to provide valuable guidance in the design, construction and renovation of OSD Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities. For the past 8+ years I have had heavy involvement in the ISPE Facility of the Year Awards Program (FOYA) and am on the steering committee for this prestigious program and am the long time banquet host and emcee.

Music has always been my passion and I have had a love for it as long as I can remember. In 2006 I formed the classic rock cover band Right Turn at 40. We have played semi-professionally for 15+ years and have been fortunate to have played hundreds of great shows, sharing the gift of music and making some great friends.
