Responsible for technical architecture for customer application services hosting. Based on customer's requirements I design standards-based infrastructures supporting the customer's present and future growth needs. Focus on cost-effective and scalable designs that can be market differentiating, price competitive, and supportable long term by our internal teams. I shepherd the account team through the design, contracting and pre-implementation phases and then hand off the design to our implementation teams. Post-implementation I support ongoing customer challenges and new projects. Technical knowledge of various storage, server, OS, backup, networking, high availability, disaster recovery, and security designs. Presently, I serve as a team leader for our veteran SAP Principle Architect team consisting of domestic and international employees.

Manager for Disaster Recovery(DR)/Co-Location services for SAP Hosting Organization. Our group provides DR to its external and internal customers as part of its services. I am responsible for the overall management of the relationship with the third party data center provider including all business and technical aspects. Currently, I am managing the project to implement Co-Location (dual Data Center) services to our internal and external customers. This includes managing the relationship with the third party data center we have partnered with to offer these services. I interface with all technical and management teams to ensure the project remains on track and on budget.

I have held the following positions while at SAP: 1. Workstation Standards Development - created images for 1500+ end user laptops/desktops and defined standards for new and existing software within the end user environment. Helped implement SMS into Americas Region environment. 2. End User Support - provided support to the end-user community for all computer related issues. 3. Servers and Domains Regional Service Owner - coordinated all activity for servers and domain controllers affecting all 130+ servers within Americas Regional offices. 4. Security Officer/SAP Enterprise Portal Administrator - managed the physical and operating system security for 600+ Training, Demonstration and Consulting servers. Supported high availability SAP Netweaver demonstration portal landscapes used by Global SAP sales teams.

Led the technical implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system into five different medical practices associated with the Health System. Managed all technical aspects of the project including networking, servers and domains and workstations.
