Company Commander
CurrentSelected to serve as Commander of Charlie Company (Medical) 132d Brigade Support Battalion, a Role 2 medical company. Allowed the opportunity to lead some of Wisconsin's best Soldiers in an exhaustive train up for deployment to the middle-east in support of Operation Spartan Shield. Train up included a rotation at the Joint Regional Training Center (JRTC), CTE at post Mobilization site, enrollment of all medical personnel in premiere training schools. Train up allowed Soldier to learn and practice cutting-edge tactical strategies and medical techniques that can translate to lives saved in Large-scale combat operations (LSCO). Focus of Command is on mission-command principles, knowledge management and updating TTPs (including implementation of blood management operations and walking blood bank operations).
