My duties included: managing the operational staff of VOM FASS USA, planning and supervising new store openings, process development and improvement, overseeing all human resource duties, and collaborating with producers to bring new product to market.

Examined all operations of current locations and restructured restaurant flow, retrained staff and implemented business processes to facilitate smoother daily operations.

Supervised all bar operations of the restaurant including: Inventory, Ordering and Receiving, Profit and Loss Assessment, Budgeting, Facility Maintenance, Hiring and Training, and Promotions.
