Developed a new customer base with six of the largest Ohio Universities through an integrated approach to demand response, demand management and electric supply. Negotiated demand management component of U of Akron’s $59MM, 15yr Performance Contract. Collaborated with JCI channel sales to generate $5MM in forecasted cash for JCI equipment and service sales. Developed prototype for a SaaS interactive modeling tool to maximize revenue during PJM emergency demand response events.

Closed $1.8MM in strategic new business opportunities with municipalities, universities and manufacturers. EnergyConnect was acquired by Johnson Controls in June 2011.

Managed P&G's Global Network expansion into 50 countries, grew annual revenue from $6MM to $11MM. Migrated SNA and X.25 packet sub-networks to Cisco routers. Developed and delivered industry firsts for a private network such as; video to Latin America, a China National Network, 7-digit dialing, global billing and cost center management.

Designed, implemented and managed all customer requirements, technical specifications, third party equipment and service vendors for P&G's global voice, data and video network into 23 countries, MCI’s first and largest global outsourcing deal. Vendor management responsibilities included; Cisco, Ericsson, Motorola, Stratacom, Micom, Dynatech, Datacraft, equipment maintenance and telecommunications companies.
