As an experienced solicitor I have developed a strategic mindset and a strong business acumen that enable me to deliver effective solutions in complex and fast-paced environments. I am motivated by challenges and driven by a passion for excellence and innovation. I was the head of case management at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, where I led a high-performing team through a process of digital transformation and increased productivity by introducing new technologies and best practices. I have also volunteered on various boards and gained exposure to diverse business sectors and cultures. I enjoy learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities with confidence and flexibility. In addition to my legal work, I am passionate about contributing to the arts and education sectors as a non-executive director. I served as a board member at Pop Up Projects, a social enterprise that transforms children's lives through literature and BVL a youth social mobility charity supported by the Supreme Court. I currently serve as an advisory council member for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the world's leading symphony orchestras. In these roles, I leverage my legal and management skills to support the governance, strategy, and performance of these organisations.
