This belief has led to his quest of helping organizations and leaders reach their fullest potential.He has over 18 years of experience, specializing in sales management, strategic planning and leadership development. Dave spent much of his career in the banking industry, where he was charged with turning around struggling markets and capturing market share. Some of the industries Dave works with include health care, pharma, construction, manufacturing, banking, nonprofits, technology, insurance and award winning toy designers. Dave has conducted more than 250 strategic planning sessions and has trained thousands of professionals. Additionally, he coaches executives in midsized businesses up to Fortune 500 organizations. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is a regularly published contributor of Forbes. His clients credit him with creating a significant impact on both their personal and professional lives.He and his wife, Lorri, live in the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Area with their three children. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls), and a member of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity. He has served on the board of many nonprofit organizations and is the past chairman of the board of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce (CEP).
