I'm a product manager with 13+ years of experience. Using agile, Lean, and user-centered design practices, I've led teams to launch in all environments. I started building retail tools at Zappos, growing a team of 5 to handle Marketing, HR, Finance, and other back office needs. Then I spent 3 years launching and iterating 10 different MVPs for clients in NYC, with 70% of them achieving their funding goals. Most recently, I drove growth and experimentation at a startup, building both the product experience and the operational structure of the team. My guiding philosophy to product management is simple - I uncover the Why, structure the How, and trust the team with the What. Context is everything. I've worked on products at every stage of the lifecycle so that I have the know-how to apply for any situation. When I bring the team the insights from data, customer research, and strategy, and the team doesn't have to worry about how to organize things, then they can focus 100% of their effort on crafting a delightful experience.
