Helped build and run a small business that does consultative medical exams on behalf of Social Security Disability Determination offices in several states.• Developed workflow efficiencies that streamlined the exam documentation and reporting process.• Designed, furnished, and managed three commercial office spaces for Summit Medical to do their consultative exams. • Starting in 2018, all the company’s revenue-generating work flowed through my desk. I prepared, shipped, and tracked all of the physical exam documents necessary to do our work. • The company had six years of revenue growth from 2013-2023. With each year of growth, I had to adapt my routines and processes to accommodate the extra work, so as to keep the workflow unchanged and meet expected production and other deadlines. • I designed and operated workflow procedures during years where we had annual revenues in the low six-figures, to over 1.4 million dollars in revenue in 2018. Summit Medical exams has consistently remained near the one-and-a-half million dollars mark in revenue since then, excluding 2020.

We provide consultative physical examinations of social security disability claimants for Disability Determinations offices around the country. What I do in a nutshell: shuffle paperwork around and help manage our clinics across Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.

In addition to traditional auto dealership portering, I manage Baron Automotive's social media profiles on Twitter and Facebook. Additionally, I photograph all pre-owned vehicles in our inventory and upload them to our website, and am the resident photographer of sorts at Baron. Further, I check in all new inventory as it arrives via transport trucks from the ports. I am a jack-of-all-trades, and a master of them all.

Handled day-to-day needs for client accounts which included media relations, social media planning/consulting, news release writing, media reach-out and follow-up, internal and external communications and letter writing.Helped plan and execute the grand opening of Nikkei Senior Gardens, a retirement community in the Los Angeles area. I was able to garner both local T.V. news coverage on KCAL, and a print story in the LA Times for the client. Further, our work was recognized by the Kansas City Chapter of the PRSA, when we won a Silver Prism Award for the grand opening.

Wrote news releases and copy for various newsletters and brochures. Helped in the planning of the annual Pet Telethon that airs on KCMI, channel 38 The Spot.
