I love growing companies so in 2022 I took on a short term assignment as CEO of HealthyLongevity.cafe, a rapidly-growing business in the longevity services vertical. While with HLC I helped ready the business for launch in the USA. I also prepared the business for substantial operational changes and growth via the sale of franchises. In 2018, I, along with a group of investors, purchased Mindmarker, an aggressive-growth SaaS company in the learning and development space. I became the CEO, raised millions for the company, grew the business by 50%, built a top-tier leadership team, and added many marquee clients, including Cigna, Coca-Cola, General Electric, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft and State Farm. I have a passion for leadership and entrepreneurship, especially taking small SaaS companies and helping them grow. Prior to my entrepreneurial CEO roles I spent most of my career as an executive on Wall Street, where I held various leadership positions at Deutsche Bank. I am also passionate about LGBTQ+ advocacy, serving on the Greater Boston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and as an active member of Gay Fathers of Greater Boston. I also mentor up-and-coming LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs through startout.org, a group dedicated to creating great business leaders by fostering and nurturing LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.
