My team reduced risks and improved product quality by providing verification and validation of the code base. The team also provided support to the client during UAT which in turn lead to the realisation of additional change requests. My primary role while working with the Department of Education Helpcentre was to provide team leadership and mentoring while meeting SLAs and managing client expectations. The Helpcentre provided a first point of contact for all Departmental staff, and attempted to resolve a high percentage of all incoming issues within 20 minutes, primarily via phone and email.
