Understanding and advocating for user quality and sentiment for users of Facebook Search. Responsibilities• Develop a comprehensive and data-based understanding of the issues users of Facebook Search are facing• Identify the primary barriers to growth, engagement, monetization for Facebook Search, and advocate relevant solutions based on data and insights• Form strong relationships with the cross-functional teams that will help us address the challenges users of Facebook Search are facing• Deliver compelling, relevant, and actionable insights/stories about Facebook Search users to the Search team on an ongoing basis• Derive UEX insights from research and real user interaction, and advocate passionately to improve their experience• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting short, frequently changing deadlines• Monitor health of the product, flag and investigate aberrant trends to the right stakeholders in a timely manner
