Current responsibilities include:* Oracle Financials Conversion - Structured and oversaw the approach from a legacy Bellsouth perspective for the financial conversion for the BellSouth financial systems into the ATT common platform after the 2006 merger.* Oracle 12 Solutions Architecture – Solutions architect for Oracle Release 12 and international financial systems consolidations efforts.* SAP Enterprise Purchasing and Oracle Financials Integration - Traveled to SAP’s Center of Excellence in Germany as part of a procurement design team working to interface between the Oracle Financials and SAP’s SRM.

Established strategy and fundamental architecture for the Company’s financials, supply chain, tax, and financial data-warehousing systems. Directed work efforts for matrixed teams consisting of internal resources and vendor partners. Provided design, oversight, leadership for multiple multi-million dollar projects, including:* A company-wide services oriented credit card / e-check payment platform saving $10 million per year in processing fees and operations overhead* Supply Chain - A multi-year purchasing ERP effort which allowed the Company to capture *all* annual IT spend* Large-scale printing solution for corporate AP disbursements and payroll systems, supporting a print load of >4 million checks/advices per year, as well as banking ACH, and positive payOther: business case development for Oracle 11i implementation, cost avoidance through "app-stacking", system performance testing, system performance issues, operational oversight, outage management and resolution.

Responsible for monthly and yearly team budgets, actuals, and forecasting for millions in project dollars in annual IT spend in a CMM-3 environment. * Led interviewing, hiring, managing, and evaluating technical resources (both employees and contractors) in support of a large Oracle financials ERP implementation. * Delivered Oracle financials ERP and financial data warehouse projects on time and budget. * Led teams through major product upgrades, major and minor enhancements, and on-going operational support in an Oracle Financials environment.* Formalized operational support by establishing standard operating procedures, change control processes.* Managed successful data-center relocation of more than 50 UNIX and Windows servers supporting the Oracle financials implementation.* Mentored multiple individuals (both direct reports and others) in technical, process, and performance areas.

Managed operations and project teams in support of the tax department and affiliate shared services center, including:* Established a program to proactively identify performance tuning opportunities for the company’s Oracle financials platform, resulting in efficiency and cost avoidance of hundreds of thousands of dollars.* Served as technical lead for cash management conversion project for the BellSouth treasury department. * Technical lead in selection process for corporate tax applications, including business case development, user requirements, compliance with corporate standards, and integration into the existing landscape of tax IT applications.* Developed and successfully tested complete Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.
