At Novant Health, I re-engineered the Digital Business Office, including IT Strategy, Finance and EPMO and co-founded the Enterprise Architecture practice. At Walmart, I served as Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CIO/CTO - leading Technology Modernization and redesigning the office of the global CIO. I also co-founded and served as executive facilitator for the Business Architecture practice at Dell. I’ve managed enterprise products in semiconductor manufacturing, telecom, and e-commerce for Applied Materials, Level 3, and the Amazon partnership with Living. Earlier, I supported the internal communications transformation at Unilever - North America. My industry experience covers management consulting, retail, healthcare, e-commerce, financial services, IT services, energy, manufacturing, telecom, and personal goods.I hold a Master of Liberal Arts degree, Extension Studies in Management, from Harvard University. I also hold professional Graduate Certificates in Strategic Management and Business Communications from Harvard Extension, where I served as a mentor for Organizational Behavior and Leadership classes. Before, I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas Tech University.
