Responsible for the direction, training, safety, and welfare of assigned enlisted personnel. Qualified as a Tactical Coordinator and Mission Commander in the Navy's S-3 Viking--a twin-jet aircraft designed for aircraft carrier-based antisubmarine warfare operations. Developed and taught undergraduate courses on Navy engineering and weapons systems fundamentals to students at MIT, Harvard, and Tufts university.
