-Managing Waterford County council Water and Waste Water Operations and maintenance. This involved managing day to day operations and planning medium to long term improvements on the water and waste water networks, which includes 108 individual water supply schemes and 70 waste water schemes.-Worked in Planning Department of Waterford County Council. Project Manager for Unfinished Estates. This involved liasing with Developers, Lending Institututions, Insurance Compaies, residents and Contractors in order to achieve best outcomes for residential developments, where the developer has ceased work.Also involved in planning enforcement and development control sections.-Previously, Managed all aspects of the operations budgets and planning of Waterford County Council's Machinery Yard and Stores. Supervision of all road restoration projects throughout the county and co-ordination of large macadam contracts.Design and implementation of road safety schemes.Manage Waterford County Councils direct labour road building crew.Provide expert opinion to Waterford County Council Planning Department on roads aspects of planning applications.Manage Health and Safety across all of the above activities.

Plan, Co-ordinate and supervise day to day production for brands such as Denny Gold Medal, Denny Bulk Hams and own lable production.This was a very labour intensive operation and required supervising over 100 staff members.
