Managed the digital component of the Blue Devil Network that generates creative content for Duke's varsity sports teams. The features, highlights, and graphics created were shared on team and athletic department wide social media pages as well as the Duke Athletics website GoDuke.com. Also covered Duke Football as an analyst and team reporter for the Blue Devil Network and ACCNE broadcasts of Pro Day, Signing Day, and the Spring Game.

Responsible for creating content for the Duke football and basketball teams. Produced and edited features, game recaps, previews and interviews from start to finish while also serving in an on-camera capacity. Conceptualized and produced "The Cold Tub Chronicles", a series of interactive interviews with Duke football players conducted from the frigid waters of the cold tub.

Shot and edited packages for all Duke Athletics teams. Began on-camera career covering Duke Football team as multimedia sports journalist. Notable work included "Thick Thursdays with the Duke Offensive Line" which documented a weekly team bonding outing to local restaurants with some of the largest members of the squad.

Work closely with coaches, SIDs, producers and play-by-play talent to provide detailed and entertaining analysis for pre-game, in-game, and post-game radio broadcasts for all Duke Football games. Served as the sideline analyst in 2016 prior to being promoted to lead analyst in the booth in June of 2017.

Analysis focused primarily on UNC, Duke, and NC State football for WRALSportsFan.com through weekly video previews and recaps during the season. Fill-in contributor on for radio shows on 99.9 TheFan (Raleigh-Durham ESPN Radio affiliate) and the "Fox 50 Game Night" studio show on sister television station WRAZ.

Served as the color analyst for broadcasts of VMI home football games on ESPN3.

Four-time Academic All-ACC selection and All-ACC choice in 2012, started 41 games and played over 3,000 career snaps along the offensive line. A team captain in 2013, helped Duke to the ACC Coastal Division championship in 2013 as well as two bowl games (Belk in 2012 & Chick-fil-A in 2013). Named to the prestigious American Football Coaches Association Good Works Team for achievements in community service following the 2013 season when the Blue Devils won a school record 10 games .
