My role is to help connect and develop rapport between the prospective employer and my clients seeking employment. Provide the reassurance and support network for employers to recruit and support participants through our lived experience toolkit, which includes risk assessments and exhaustive safer recruitment practices.

Talent is often missed by quick judgments made by keyword searching on CVs and application forms.How different is the approach?When applicant sifting the solution provided a systematic candidate assessment that focused on individual knowledge, experience, core values and problem solving abilities within day-to-day work scenarios. What is the solution?The website provided a unique virtual interviewing and shortlisting platform that blend traditional question types along with video and images. It enabled and empowered recruiters to educate, inspire and empower candidates to understand that nature and scope of the job vacancy. Encouraged two strong emotions like attract and repel when candidates apply for vacancies.The software potential had alternative applications such as inductions, on-line training, employee satisfaction survey, franchisee assessment tool etc.The benefits of the software?• Confidence – All candidates will satisfy the recruitment criteria.
