I started in the air compressor business in 1986 after working in as a machinist for years following high school. I started as a straight commission sales guy with zero training provided. learned the business by asking questions and watching technicians, listening to customers, associates etc and being a student of my product.I changed jobs a few times with both positions in sales and in sales management, most were in title only. these have been small family owned businesses run by micro managers. I have learned over the years micromanagers stunt their own growth by shutting down feedback no matter positive or negative.I strive to grow business, help my team grow and prosper. Their success is my passion! Team building is a reward and personal.Glad to watch my Team exceed their expectations!
