Creating strategy for the company that focuses on the modernization & integration of technologies across the enterprise, to change the way we operate and how we deliver our products and services to our customers. This role encompasses oversight and integration planning of our enterprise applications that include ERP, CRM, Service Management, Travel & Expense Management, and HRIS/Finance platforms.

Built IT for this newly created/pre-public start-up. Developed enterprise IT multi-year roadmap to support rapid growth & scaling, managed day-to-day IT operations that supported growth from 9 employees to over 500, across multiple biotech research & lab operations in three geographies; led the creation of IT policies and controls through IPO (as the IPO IT leader); hired and developed team of 12 employees and contractors; effectively managed $10M IT budget.

Member of the digital IT senior management team responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and budget of the IT Technical Services & Support group; staffing of internal resources and outsourced technical experts; and direct management of a staff of twelve individual IT specialists providing 24x7 “follow the sun” support across the globe (US, UK, CH). Oversaw budget of $7-8M Developed and executed a worldwide IT service delivery organization to handle 1st & 2nd tier support contacts and built a sustainable model to assist company growth while improving user satisfaction.

Managed the client relationship at a senior level while providing direction and oversight to our customer delivery teams. Recruited and retained a team of Home Project Managers that serviced customers nationally.

Managing Operations and Support for innovative Recovery As A Service (RAAS) company. Operational responsibilities include overseeing Technical Operations (infrastructure & data center ops), Customer Support & TAM, Corporate IT (networking/systems/support), and RE/F.

Focused on providing leadership and improving service delivery of the IT Service Desk & Operations team.

Oversaw internal client IT support services that included Deskside Support, IT Help/Service Desk, Mobile Support and the Network Operations Center across national locations. Managed annual budget of $11MM, and a cross-functional staff of 35.

Managed business operations, continuous process improvements, trouble ticket resolution, and reporting for the organization.

Managed merchant and vendor integration process which included performance management, career development and fiscal ownership.

Managed the Global IT Asset Services team comprised of Coordinators, Receivers, and Capacity Managers. Responsible for ~$20MM portfolio of IT Assets that included client and server hardware across the US and Europe.

Managed the IT Support Services Group comprised of Deskside Support, Help Desk and Computer Services teams. Oversaw budget of ~$8MM and a staff of 45 technicians and engineers.
