While holding various leadership positions, Dave was acknowledged as a performance driven thought leader, recognized as executive of the year and consistent top ten performer 10 of 11 years in a competitive field of 1100 offices.His responsibilities of evaluating acquisitions & emerging models led Dave to join Avancos Netherlands as VP Global Operations and founding partner in January 2008. This team grew the business and tripled service centers to serve global Fortune 1000 companies during the recession. Avancos USA was formed in January 2010 with business partner Brent Shopp. The two grew the business and the team, then successfully sold the business to a strategic buyer in January 2017. As a Hunt Big Sales advisor, Dave was an executive & sales coach for leaders who wanted explosive growth. Hunt Big Sales is an industry-leading strategic selling system for growth-minded organizations, led by founder and nationally recognized speaker/author Tom Searcy.
