I have been in senior mangement for nearly 10 years now and I am an innovative, creative and passionate person with a desire to succeed in all my ventures and help people along the way. I set up the charity Fundamental in March 2005 and we have grown to become one of the largest local charities in Wakefield district. Our services and support are aimed at helping the most dissadvantaged people in the neediest parts of our district where high levels of crime, unemployment and ill health are prevelent following the closure of coal mines. We provide 'needs-led' support to mainly children, young people and their families and provide targeted programmes of activity aimed at 'changing lives and shaping futures' through informed, fun, education programmes. We are a leader in this field of work and deliver nearly £400,000 worth of support each year.
