Our teams support all of the ERP and Business Intelligence operations for the university. This includes managing and developing on the PeopleSoft, Informatica, Business Objects, Tableau, and Domo platforms. Responsible for the design, architecture, development, marketing, and deployment of the User Account Automation provisioning application by Novell. This was a solution offering by Novell Consulting and a precursor to Novell's DirXML product.

Managed the development and support activities for various internal business unit applications. Responsible for applications used by the Support, Human Resource, Training Services, Security, Facilities, and Education organizations. Managed the budgets according to project development and testing.

Database Administrator for Novell. Responsible for the Vantive application. Worked with IT developers and Novell's Technical Services organization on the maintenance, upgrades, and development of the Vantive HelpDesk application. Continued to provide additional support on an as needed basis the PeopleSoft application.
