I have 30+ years experience in the software development industry. I started my career with Cap Gemini America as a systems engineer and elevated to a level of Senior Manager. My responsibilities included the entire systems development life cycle for many of CGA’s Fortune 1000 account projects. I left to launch the first of three software development startups in 1994. Quantum Consulting was created to focus on designing and developing database driven solutions that leveraged the Internet's distribution model to deliver its clients' information needs more efficiently. After selling this business, I started my current business venture, Real Time Intelligence, in 2004. In 2018, RTI pivoted from a customer software development provider to a supply chain visibility Software as a Service (SaaS). RTI now brings to market a suite of sensor based supply chain solutions to manage assets in motion and currently tracks and reports on more than 200 million things in motion around the world. I have been awarded 2 RFID patents and a 3rd pending for our unique work in altering RFID capabilities. Over the last 25 years, I have been responsible for all facets of running a technology business including leadership, management, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, business development, human resources, operations, and sales. All of these areas have become areas of considerable competencies.
