We joined Groupmatics through the acquistion of Prototype1. With the founder of Groupmatics and the product development we built at Prototype1 we more than doubled revenue each year. As the VP of Product I lead the product, design and development teams as well as general management of the company.

Prototype1 is a custom software development shop that focuses on building better software with high-fidelity prototypes. We work with clients to understand their end-user needs and behaviors, then we build and test prototypes and deliver development ready UX/UI platforms and fully developed products that are evidence based – not assumption based.

Serve as special projects and integrations lead between ONOSYS and LivingSocial. Manage the launch of ONOSYS for Independents including the product development and planning for both the LivingSocial and ONOSYS development teams and customer service activities ranging from account management to shared call center operations. Maintain and grow ONOSYS for Independents by overseeing the day-to-day operations, marketing and sales efforts in Cleveland and D.C. Lead a team of account managers in supporting LivingSocial’s Takeout and Delivery system and the ONOSYS for Independents platform. Work hand-in-hand with the ONOSYS founders to strategize plans, programs for success and continued sales growth.

Led the largest client onboarding projects at ONOSYS. Coordinate custom development for new and existing clients. Design complex menus and organize Menu Engineers to develop and implement each restaurant’s ordering platform. Train clients of the internal systems and processes to set them up for a successful relationship with ONOSYS. Foster strong relationships with new client prospects with on-site visits and meetings. Compete in pilot programs against other online ordering companies. Assist in leading and training the ONOSYS Operations department.

Perform consultative studies focused on strategy and supply chains of fortune 500 companies’ marketing departments. Collaborate with team to present solutions and cost savings. Act as the point person throughout the study, analyze financial, supply chain, and manage sourcing team during the study.
