As a CNC Machinist at Tsubaki of Canada Ltd., I planned and executed machining operations for various industrial components, using Mastercam, G & M Codes, and Conversational programming methods. I also set up and adjusted mills and lathes, verified and maintained part specifications, and interpreted engineering drawings and tolerances. I applied my knowledge and skills in mechanical engineering CAD/CAM, which I acquired from my postgraduate diploma at St. Clair College in 2020.Before joining Tsubaki, I worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Baylis Medical and The Electromac Group Inc., where I inspected medical devices and automobile parts, respectively, for quality and compliance. I conducted audits and documentation, reported quality issues, and monitored production processes. I also utilized my certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations and Green Belt, which enabled me to implement and maintain quality standards and systems, and to apply lean principles and tools, such as DMAIC, JIT, Kaizen, SMED, and 5S. My goal is to gain new experience working under tight deadlines and to contribute to the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing industry.
