Led the development of existing product governance polices and procedures to better guide and support the business, working with the Head of Product and CCO.Carried out a full product review, providing an independent view of its performance and opportunities for further improvement. The Group also owns Moneywise Publishing Limited, a company that publishes consumer finance titles Moneywise and Money Observer magazines and their websites.Working with its highly motivated and energetic marketing team, my focus is on building out its already highly regarded and effective retail investor services.

In redeveloping the website in 2012/13 to integrate the group brand identity, I developed and delivered enhanced functionality to support both investors and active traders. This was followed by scoping, setting functional requirements for, and overseeing development of, the customer experience aspects for a new trading platform. During 2014, my focus was primarily on providing product and communications support for business-critical programmes whilst ensuring services continue to comply fully with regulatory requirements and fulfill customer expectations, as Boursorama prepared to exit the UK market with the ale of its Selftrade portfolio. Moving from various management roles in the retail network to join the marketing function, I led the consumer finance, and more latterly, savings product marketing teams during challenging times for the UK economy as a whole and retail banking in general as lending rates hit historic highs.
