I ran the national account business development efforts with the largest agencies in the country. Over 4 consecutive years we saw 20% top line revenue growth which became a large part of the overall revenue for the A&H division.I also launched the Mid-Market division and managed that sales team. We went from 3 sales specialists to a team of 13 in two and a half years. Having experience with a product launch and divisional buildout in working with underwriting, actuary and product development gave me a unique experience well beyond "just sales".
