Led in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders to fully understand need for change and improve acceptance.-Communicate with internal partners in procurement, finance, facility services to update business stakeholders on organizational and technology implementations.Oversee Lake County space operations for RA and RDQA teams.-During Covid impacted timeframe, developed tracking materials to allow for improved management of over 160 space requests across several buildings.Liaison to Total Talent organization to track and create temporary contractor employees for RA organization.-Supported enterprise continuous improvement initiative through assessing impact on the contract and invoice process.
